First Thursday - Sound Healing Meditation with WOCO

We welcome you to join us with WOCO as a guide into the resonating sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Bells and many other transformative frequency vibrations. We will gather on the back deck and enjoy this meditation after a creative workshop from Baltimore Broken Glass! Registration required. 

The sound frequencies emanating from the instruments you will feel penetrate the physical body into the deeper layers of your being rejuvenating and realigning your energetic frequency to that of harmony and universal love -- attuned to the same vibration as the universe itself, and the deepest part of you.

Bring yourself as you are. During the start of the sessions we will gather on the deck for breathing exercise, and pre-stretch, then move into a guided visualization. We will prepare ourselves for the healing meditation by comfortably positioning our bodies to create an open space within. We'll then move into our sound meditation and finish with healing affirmations
