Masonville Cove Intro to Birding

Baltimore Bird Club and Masonville Cove would like to invite anyone who is interested in learning about birding to join us at Masonville Cove. We will show you the basics of how to locate birds and use binoculars. We hope to see a variety of ducks, woodpeckers, sparrows and others. If we are lucky we will see the Bald Eagles nesting there. We will visit both the area immediately behind the Nature Center and the upland trail. Binoculars will be available to borrow. Trails are unpaved and can be muddy. In case of inclement weather, we'll view birds in the cove from the overlooking indoor classroom.
