About the Event
We will lead you and your family on an hour-long experiential walk through the beautiful grounds of Masonville Cove, an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city right in your neighborhood! Using elements of mindfulness, meditation, 5 senses engagement, forest bathing, and fun we will explore our connection to the natural world, and ways that nature can help lessen anxiety, depression and increase happiness and well-being. You'll walk away with practices you can use to clear your mind, find peace and feel connected anytime, anywhere!
