Summer Science and Nature Program Explore, Discover, and Engage at the Nation's First Urban Wildlife refuge Partnership! Participants will engage in hands on learning on our 52 acre waterfront campus, discover in our science labs, and explore the natural world around them.

Fishing Event (BEESMART) 9:30am-11am Have you ever gone fishin’? Work on this outdoor skill a Masonville Cove! Fishing poles and supplies will be available to lend. Limited spaces, registration required.

Sound Healing & Nature Walk Collaboration with WOCO Join WOCO and Masonville Cove in a collaborative walk through the beautiful Urban Wildlife campus and learn all about the life within and the fascinating history of the Cove. We will close off this adventure with a rejuvenating sound healing meditation in nature.

Nature Worx Program (1) Nature Worx is providing an hour long, multi-sensory exploration of the natural environment to demonstrate the healing qualities of intentional time spent outdoors. Nature Worx activities use mindfulness and meditation techniques to engage all the senses during slow, contemplative walks in nature.

International Coastal Cleanup at Masonville Cove Join the Aquarium to remove harmful marine debris from the shoreline at the Masonville Cove campus. Learn about sources and effects of marine debris, and what you can do to help! Debris data collected at this event will contribute to the Ocean Conservancy's International Coastal Cleanup.

Homeschool Days: Insect Encounters $20 per participant- cash, check or card payment at the door. Experience what it's like to be an insect at Masonville Cove!

Evening Bat Walk with Baltimore Green Space at Masonville Cove Join Masonville Cove and Baltimore Green Space in celebrating National Bat Week! Did you know over 300 species of fruit depend on bats for pollination? Come hang with the bats to learn more about our nocturnal friends! Gear will be provided and registration is required for this free event.

Birding Basics Welcome all first time birders! Learn about this exciting hobby from a seasoned birder and give it a try! Registration required.
