How to request Uber with an email address and smartphone Step 1: Be prepared with your email address, a smartphone, and a pickup location within 5 miles of 1000 Frankfurst Ave, Baltimore, MD 21226. Please note: You do NOT need an Uber account. ​ Step 2: Enter your pick-up location, drop-off location, and a date after clicking the button below. ​ Step 3: You will receive two text messages with links confirming your rides. ​ Step 4: About 20 minutes before you are ready to take your ride, click the link in the text message and click “ready to ride”. You will then receive information about your driver and an estimated time of arrival. You can visit any time Monday through Saturday 9am-4pm. ​ Step 5: Enjoy your visit, then repeat for the ride home. ​ Click the button below to get started! Request a Ride

UBER RIDE CONDITIONS Promo codes can be added to your fare using the Uber app. In order to be free-of-charge, your pick-up and drop-off locations MUST be within 5 miles of Masonville Cove. The promo code will not discount the cost of a ride (riders will be charged full-price for rides beyond the 5-mile radius).
