Walk Maryland Day at Masonville Cove Join us for Walk Maryland Day, a celebration of our state’s official exercise and a call to action to promote walking for physical activity and improved health. We will have 1-hour guided walks starting at 12 PM and 5 PM.

1st Thursday Family Fishing Evening Have you ever wondered who is swimming in the Cove? Spend an evening on the pier and enjoy guided fishing lessons for those wanting to learn how to fish! All fishing supplies and snacks will be available for free.

Summer Science and Nature Program Explore, Discover, and Engage at the Nation's First Urban Wildlife refuge Partnership! Participants will engage in hands on learning on our 52 acre waterfront campus, discover in our science labs, and explore the natural world around them.

Guided Mindful Nature Walk at Masonville Cove for Urban Wildlife Conservation Day Led by guides from Nature Worx, we will explore the beautiful grounds at Masonville Cove, slowly walking and pausing frequently, using all of our senses to drop out of doing mode and into being mode. Learn simple, but profound ways to make space for yourself to breathe and savor the natural world.
